Automatic home theater or amplifier power on

Automatic home theater or amplifier power on when music detected.

The circuit designed here works with any pc .This is a complete hardware based circuit and dose not need any software to operate.When ever a sound is detected the circuit shown below turns on the electrical divice connected to it.In our case any power amplifier or home sound system connected to the pc.And automatically the the circuit turn off the relay after a specified time set to the timer ic .

This is modified at the holding of input signal with an an ic where the old circuit depends on capacitor charge and discharge time.
